I am happy and proud to have been a part of the many external reviews the ISRO Chairman mentioned about in his speech- some online , some physical . In fact we had two reviews at UR Rao Centre just a few days before the Chandrayan launch with just four of us from ADA /NAL *(Dr Kota, Shyam Chetty, myself and Dr Patel)* , looking at what can possibly go wrong with the Lander and Rover and whether it has been taken care of adequately and sufficient redundancy has been built in. ISRO Chairman had specially asked for this review and he himself participated actively along with people from the satellite Centre. I point this just to show how much ISRO management cares about trying to make sure they have taken care of everything before a launch and how much they respect external views , comments and suggestions.
